5. We will be setting up moderators over time, if you feel you have a level of expertise on a topic, in an area, or are a good communicator you may be approached to help manage the site as it grows.
6. As the site develops more functionality will be added and we will look to hold competitions etc (more on this as we grow).

8. Even though we are in the business of selling ourselves, we are happy to support the community and allow sales through this site - with the following caveats: 1. The products must be on topic ie collectible bears, if the forum title (eg Great Big Kids) has a buy/swap/sell topic then that is what can be sold there. 2.
